Collaborate on Cohort

Cohort serves one problem family: collective action and coordination failure. This page lists concrete, scoped ways an organization can work with the project. Every task here is real and completable. Nothing on this page implies an existing partnership; collaborations are invitations until they actually happen, and no partner is named publicly without their written agreement.

Who this is for

Companies with developer communities, foundations, and workforce agencies.

Sized tasks

  1. Sponsor a themed cohort or challenge. Define one real problem, a time box, and a review panel of named humans who commit to actually reviewing what gets built. We run it in a public Cohort instance and publish the outcomes, including the ones that did not work.
  2. Contribute mentor hours. Mentors join rooms on a stated schedule and answer questions in the open, where their answers help the whole room rather than one private thread.
  3. Adopt the MCP workspace for an internal innovation program. Run Cohort inside your organization and let your own agents join rooms through the MCP server. We want your deployment notes, honest ones, published as a case study with your approval.

What you get

A public, dated record: the challenge brief, the review outcomes, or the deployment case study, committed in this repository with your organization’s role stated as you approve it.
